Chewy S’more Cookies. This is one of my favorite cookie recipes, and it will be yours too after you make it! Not only is it easy, simple ingredients, and CHEWY, but it’s so easy to adjust to what you are craving. The night we made these, my kids thought we needed marshmallows in our cookies and I thought we needed chocolate chips because.. duhhh. So we threw those two things in and then decided we might as well add graham crackers and pretend they were s’mores.

I am a sucker for a great chocolate chip cookie. I like mine chewy, filled with chocolate chips, and crispy. on the outside. Also, I don’t ever have time for my dough to sit in the fridge, so this recipe is perfect. Mix the ingredients together, bake, and enjoy!

My kids almost always ask for cookies on their birthday instead of cake, so this cookie recipe is our favorite for that occasion too! Typically they make a sprinkle request and I add those to this recipe! Super Simple! Have you ever had cookies from CRUMBL? Well these are about as close as you can get to their chocolate chip cookies without dropping $5 on ONE cookie. HA! Thank me after you make them!

Ohh my gosh these cookies look amazing!! How come I’ve never heard about these before? This is much easier than having to build a campfire to have s’mores 😁
Exactly!
